I spoke to someone but didnt really get my problem resolved i sent my documents to corals but no luck kept telling them I dont have a birth certificate and my passport has just run out they were quick to take my money but then has I had a winning bet froze my account. I now live in Northumberland, and am a pensioner with just my state pension .

Disrespected by a lady working in nightbridge coral today
One lady from night coral shop is being disrespect to me after betting so many time in this shop. Wearing my work uniform I use to bet in this shop and she never and ever told me I smell bad. But today because I did not bet she told me I smell bad.

Saw the lady in the shop whom knew I was owed money for over a week and she took my ticket and paid me in cash. Head Office was useless and a waste of time,all they are interested in is taking the customers money.

No agreement made, I sorted the 'issue' myself simply by switching my phone off and back on again, no thanks to Coral. As above, customer service wasn't helpful at all.
The person I spoke to wasn't able to help me. She queried my internet connection and IP address, which was absolutely fine.
So, in the end, I just switched off my phone and back on again, and that worked for me.
I needn't have bothered to call at all; a waste of time. Not satisfied at all.
